Kevin Durant Responds to Skip Bayless Saying He Looks 'Semi-Retired': ‘F*ck It We Both Washed’

Kevin Durant was his usual self on Sunday, when he responded to Skip Bayless saying he looks like he's "semi-retired."

On Sunday, Durant retweeted a clip from The Skip Bayless Show where the veteran journalist said the 36-year-old appears to look washed on the court.

"Kevin looks like he's on his last mental legs," Bayless says in the clip below. "Not his last physical legs, just mental legs. He's not really into it the way he used to be into it when he went to Golden State."

Durant clearly caught wind of the comments and replied, "Fuck it, We're both washed, it was a a great run @RealSkipBayless."

Durant didn't stop there. "Why do u think he's paid like a 3 and D small ball 4??? Cuz people subscribe to all things skip," he tweeted in response to someone who questioned there being any fans of Skip. "It's a lucrative business when u mention him because fans love him and hate him."

Bayless' comments are a bit far-fetched as Durant is currently averaging 27.3 points, 7.0 rebounds, 4.4 assists, 1.1 steals, and 1.1 blocks per game. Still, the Phoenix Suns have been struggling all season, despite Durant maintaining his level of play alongside fellow superstars Devin Booker and Bradley Beal.
