Hornets Agree To Trade Chris Paul to Clippers

It's official. The New Orleans Hornets have agreed on a deal that sends Chris Paul to the Los Angeles Clippers. The Hornets receive guard Eric Gordon, center Chris Kaman, forward Al-Farouq Aminu, and a 2012 first-round draft pick via the Minnesota Timberwolves. Along with Paul, the Hornets get two future second-round draft picks. Adding a little extra flavor to the story, Eric Gordon reportedly found out about the trade while on a fan bus full of Clippers season-ticket holders. That situation was likely almost as awkward as it will be when Vinny Del Negro tries to coach Paul.
