Don't believe everything you read. In fact, at this point, don't believe most of what you see on social media.

No, Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift do not have a pre-planned breakup on the horizon, despite what you may have seen in a purported public relations document circulating on social media.

In short, an image of what was alleged to be a so-called "comprehensive media plan" for Kelce, further alleged to be the work of the public relations firm that represents the three-time Super Bowl champ, has been all over social media in recent days. In the would-be document, as some were quick to notice, were multiple mentions of the following word: breakup. More specially, the since-refuted doc detailed a larger PR strategy for this alleged split, including preferred outlets for interviews and guidance on public statements.

As should have been expected from the jump, the doc has now been called out as fake by the PR company in question, Full Scope. In comments provided to several outlets, including People, a rep for the company hinted at the potential for legal action.

"These documents are entirely false and fabricated and were not created, issued, or authorized by this agency," a Full Scope rep said Wednesday.

Complex has reached out to Kelce’s reps for comment. This story may be updated.

Meanwhile, the Kansas City Chiefs bagging a possible three-peat would undeniably make the team one of the greatest “of all time,” per Kelce’s teammate Patrick Mahomes. At least, that’s what he told West Wilson for Complex earlier this month. Kelce himself has also pondered the possiblity, including in a recent chat with Rich Eisen.
