Mike Tyson Recalls Viral Introduction to Hasbulla: 'I Thought He Was a Baby'

Mike Tyson has opened up about meeting TikToker Hasbulla, saying that he thought the Russian social media personality was a child when he first met him.

In a new interview with All The Smoke Fight (around the 36:30 mark), Tyson spoke at length about everything from fights in his career to seriously injuring himself after falling from a hoverboard in an incident caught on video.

The interviewer asked him about meeting Hasbulla in 2023, and Tyson recalled that he picked up the viral star and nibbled his ear because he thought he was a little kid.

The interviewer asked if the viral video of Tyson cradling Hasbulla was real, and the boxing legend laughed about the moment.

“I thought it was a baby,” said Tyson. “That’s how I am with children. He’s like 26 years old.”

Hasbulla, whose full name is Hasbulla Magomedov, is 22.

Hasbulla became known online for mocking MMA fighters. Due to dwarfism, he has a childlike appearance that leads people to believe that he’s much younger than he is.

Tyson raised eyebrows earlier this year when he made a bizarre remark about YouTuber and boxer Jake Paul dancing at a press conference.

Tyson and Paul were set to face off against each other in the ring on July 20, and ahead of that date, Tyson had a press conference in which he responded to Paul saying that he wanted to “kiss MIke’s big juicy lips.”

"He wanted to kiss me?" Tyson said at the time. "That's so ironic that he said that because I saw pictures of him dancing at 16, doing that little dance on YouTube, and for some reason I had an erection."

Tyson and Paul's match was postponed, and they're set to face each other in the boxing ring on Nov. 15.
