Simone Biles partied hard after the Olympics causing her to be “unwell” the next morning. Go figure.

The 27-year-old gymnast took her talents to the popular Parisian nightclub, L’Arc after the closing ceremony. In videos posted to her Instagram the next day (Aug. 12), Biles’ private table, sparklers, and a group of people celebrating with her made it clear that she partied the entire night away.

In text posted on the videos, Biles joked about her health after a night of clubbing. “If you see me out at the club, pls tell me to go home for my own sake & health in the am,” she wrote.

In follow-up posts, she confirmed that she was home and “never been so happy.”

It sounds, and looks like she might have been dealing with a hangover. As hard as she worked at the Olympics, it sounds like one hangover that’s well-deserved.

At the 2024 Paris Olympics, Biles took home three gold medals and a silver one. Speaking to reporters following competing at the all-around gymnastics event, she gushed over her experience at this year’s competition.

“I’ve accomplished way more than in my wildest dreams,” she said. “Not just at this Olympics, but in the sport.”

"A couple years ago, I didn't think I'd be back here at an Olympic Games," she continued. "So competing and then walking away with four medals... I'm not mad about it. I'm pretty proud of myself."

Will Biles be back for the next Olympics? That’s a question many are likely to have following a “Get Ready With Me” TikTok video shared during the event in which she spoke about feeling exhausted.

“I'm really tired,” she said. “I feel like my body is slowly starting to shut down, like it's ready to be done.”

Elsewhere in the video, she discussed dealing with the “twisties” that almost kept her out of the Olympics this year.

“You know, I never thought I was going to be competing again because that's how terrified I was of gymnastics and twisting,” she admitted. “There's a lot of trauma there, so I've had to put in a lot of work. But shout out to my therapist, and shout out to therapy.”
