2 Chainz Has a Fanboy Moment While Meeting His "Furniture Idol," Almost Cops $14,000 Chair

The latest installment of 2 Chainz's series Most Expensivest Shit with GQ sees the rapper try out a $14,000 Christopher Guy chair. At first, the rapper isn't too impressed with the chair, asking, "What's so special about it?" before guessing, "It's tall?" 2 Chainz changes his tune, though, when the chair's designer reveals himself.

2 Chainz has a legit fanboy moment when Christopher Guy, who GQ refers to as the rapper's "furniture idol", walks on the set and explains the craftsmanship that goes into the chair. "All hand carved, it's made from mahogany, and it takes a long time to make these," Guy says before revealing the chairs sell for anywhere between $7,000 and $14,000. Guy details that the chair is from his Mademoiselle collection, which imagines what the homes of famous French fashion designers, like Coco Chanel, would look like. The self-proclaimed Tity Boi is almost swayed by the end of the video. "This chair, it may be worth that kind of money, the craftsmanship, the mahogany."

2 Chainz has seen a lot of "Expensivest Shit" during this series, including $48,000 sunglasses, $2 million diamond-covered shoes, a pair of Air Jordans and a Panama hat each worth $25,000, plus the ritzy Jewel Penthouse suite at the New York Palace Hotel.
