EngineerBruce Campbellrefused to settle for any ordinary house. Instead, he purchased a retired Boeing 727 (including wings and landing gear) for $220,000 and renovated it to include bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. He also wired the thing for electricity. This innovative recycled home is located in Portland, Oregon, tucked away into the suburban wooded landscape.
If you’d like your own airplane house, check out Campbell’s simple step-by-step guide on how to create one here.
