Dreamville Launches Collab Collection With Daily Paper
The two brands come together for a collection titled Dream Daily. The name is taken from what's described as a shared goal between both labels.
Dream Daily, a new collaborative collection from Dreamville and Daily Paper, is available now.
Per Raeana Anaïs, Dreamville’s design director, the new collection stands as a representation of the “collection mission” from which it gets its title.
“Dream Daily, and then put a plan into action to make those dreams come true,” Anaïs said.
The seven-piece collection (notably featuring an online-exclusive varsity jacket in a bordeaux and cream colorway) is brought to life in a yearbook-inspired campaign from photographer Olya Oleinic. At the core of the resulting images is a creative look at how a Dreamville and Daily Paper University might look, all while pulling inspiration from the Great Mosque of Djenné, the Djinguereber Mosque, and the University of Sankore.
“We tell stories through music and equally they, with fashion,” Dreamville co-founder Adam Roy said of working with the Daily Paper team. “We’re excited about the opportunity to build something special with one of today’s foremost fashion collectives.”
See a closer look at the new campaign below. The piece are available to shop now, both online and in Daily Paper stores.
On the apparel front, Dreamville previously launched a new line (puffer jacket included) on the eve of J. Cole’s birthday. Revisit that collection in full here.
