A naked woman shocked fellow passengers onboard a Southwest plane in Houston earlier this week.

Per TMZ, a video surfaced that showed the woman streaking in the plane's aisle on Monday. The woman reportedly took off her clothes on the plane, which was headed to Phoenix, before disturbing those seated.

In the video, the woman is heard yelling "wait," touching overhead bins in the cabin and approaching the cockpit.

The Houston Police Department said that authorities escorted the passenger from the plane and took her to a hospital for a medical evaluation. Although the woman was not arrested, Southwest can file a complaint to press charges if it decides to.

According to ABC 7, Southwest issued a statement apologizing for the "customer situation onboard."

"We've reached out to customers to apologize for the delay and appreciate their patience as our teams worked to get them to their destinations as quickly as possible," the statement read.

A series of recent devastating plane crashes have rocked national airports, including the tragedy in Washington D.C. last month where a military helicopter and passenger jet collided midair.

Aside from tragedies, airplanes have their share of chaotic passengers. Over the last year, passengers have threatened to use the bathroom in aisles, stuffed themselves in overhead bins for a nap, and had other ridiculous outbursts.
