50 Cent Jokingly Offers ‘Formal Apology’ for Using ‘Foul Language’ Early in His Career
He jokingly addressed the "foul language" he used in the "earlier stages" of his career.
In a post shared on Instagram, 50 Cent joked that he'll be keeping his language PG-rated from now on.
Alongside a video that shows the rapper gearing up for a performance and telling people they owe him money, 50 Cent addressed some of the "foul language" he used earlier in his career. "I'd like to make a formal apology to everyone for the foul language I used in the earlier stages of my career," he wrote, despite including a clip that features him cursing. "I hope you guys made progress today on anything you set your heart to."
The playful message is a rare show of positivity from 50 Cent, who typically utilizes his Instagram page to troll other artists.
People he's called out on social media in recent months include Floyd Mayweather, who he doubted owns "upwards of 100 buildings" in NYC, and the artist formerly known as Kanye West. He also shared his reaction to Tracy Morgan throwing up courtside at a New York Knicks game, and NYC Mayor Eric Adams reportedly getting booed at the Planet Hollywood reopening earlier this month.
