Diddy's attorney, Marc Agnifilo, has responded to reports that authorities seized over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant from the disgraced founder of Bad Boy Records during the Homeland Security raids on his properties in March.

In a clip from the upcoming TMZ documentary, The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment, Agnifilo was asked about the alleged seizure of the baby oil and lube, which the indictment claims were for his "Freak Off" sex parties. Agnifilo, who has asserted that the "Freak Offs" were consensual, downplayed the detail from the indictment, which has become a significant talking point following Diddy's arrest.

"I don't know where the number 1,000 came [from]," said Agnifilo. "I can't imagine it's thousands. I'm not really sure what that has to do with anything. One bottle of baby oil goes a long way, I don't know what you need a thousand for. I mean, he has a big house. He buys in bulk, you know? I think they have Costcos in every place where he has a home. Have you sat in the parking lot of a Costco and see what people walk out of there with? ... I don't think it was 1,000. Let's just say it's a lot."

Last week, Diddy was arrested on sex trafficking and racketeering charges and has been denied bail after putting up a $50 million package. The 54-year-old is accused of running "a criminal enterprise" and having “abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct.”

According to an unsealed indictment, authorities found materials, including baby oil and lubricant, that were allegedly used during "Freak Off" sessions involving victims who were subjected to intercourse sessions lasting from hours to days. The term "Freak Offs" was also mentioned in several lawsuits filed against him, including a settled lawsuit brought by his ex-girlfriend, Cassie who alleged Diddy forced her to participate in the events.
