Boosie Says He Doesn't Need an 'Apology' From Charleston White for 'Celebrating' Possible Jail Time
White celebrated that the rapper will possibly receive a jail sentence after accepting a plea deal.
Boosie Badazz doesn't want an apology from Charleston White, who recently celebrated the possibility of the Louisiana artist returning to jail.
Earlier this month, Boosie accepted a plea deal from a gun case over two handguns that were found in his vehicle in 2023. In a tweet, the rapper said he "thought the case was over" after one gun charge was dismissed last year and was "tired of fighting" the legal system.
Internet media personality Charleston White celebrated the plea deal on Instagram Live last week and rejoiced at Boosie's potential conviction.
"Boosie really thought he wasn't going to jail for that pistol. I knew he was going," White said in the video below. "I couldn't wait to celebrate."
White said he would go on Instagram Live and "celebrate all day long" upon Boosie's sentencing, then joked that the rapper wouldn't meet his newborn daughter until she's "walking and talking."
“I knew they was gon’ get him!” White continued. “I’m not bullshitting … Boosie going to jail and he ain’t gon’ tell.”
DJ Vlad brought up White's comments in an interview with Boosie posted on Aug. 17, telling the rapper that he tried to get White to apologize after running into a mutual friend in Miami.
"I don't need no apology," Boosie told Vlad, who didn't interview White after he made offensive remarks about Boosie's family members.
In a 2023 interview on The Breakfast Club, Boosie joked that he's been "ducking that smoke" with White.
"I ain't trying to have no man calling no DAs on me. That's real shit," Boosie said around the 33-minute mark below.
White has notably argued online with Boosie's son, rapper Tootie Raww, and last year, White said that he'd call the FBI on Boosie for allegedly threatening him.
