Diddy Allegedly Made Male Escort Urinate in Cassie’s Mouth, Prosecutors Claim in Court
The music mogul is alleged to have frequently hired male escorts for "Freak-Offs."
With the Diddy's trial underway, disturbing allegations involving his former relationship with Casandra 'Cassie' Ventura have been made in court.
According to TMZ, during the date of the final jury selection on Monday (May 12), prosecutors alleged that the music mogul made male escorts urinate in Ventura's mouth during "Freak-Offs." Although the defense maintained that the sex parties were consensual, Diddy is accused of holding the days-long occasions and forcing sex workers to perform sexual acts, largely under the influence of drugs.
Diddy is also accused of having watched and recorded the urolagnia acts involving Ventura, whom he dated from 2007 until 2018. According to prosecutors, the incidents began when the singer and model was 19-years-old. Also mentioned in court was the 2016 surveillance video of Diddy assaulting Ventura in a hotel hallway, along with claims of him stomping her face in an SUV and assaulting the singer for taking too long in the bathroom before a "Freak-Off" session.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson said that Ventura "felt like she was choking" after a male escort urinated in her mouth.
Ventura, who is expected to be a witness in the case, is referred to as 'Victim-1' in the indictment. According to Rolling Stone, the defense plans to argue that violence between the now-exes was mutual. When Diddy's attorneys, Marc Agnifilo and Alexandra Shapiro, explained that they prepared to question Ventura about her alleged violent streak, Judge Arun Subramanian offered a retort.
"Strong people can be coerced just like weak people," Subramanian said.
Ventura, who shares two daughters with Alex Fine, her husband of roughly six years, is now expecting her third child with the fitness trainer. In November 2023, Ventura released a bombshell lawsuit against Diddy, accusing him of sexual assault and rape throughout their relationship. The lawsuit was quickly settled the following day.
Diddy, who has pleaded not guilty to five counts of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution, faces life in prison.
