ASAP Rocky’s Grandmother Says She’s Happy He Settled Down With Rihanna

ASAP Rocky's grandmother is happy that he and Rihanna found love with each other.

In a conversation with Vogue, Rocky's grandma, Cathy, expressed how happy she is that he could settle down with Rihanna and have two kids with her. According to Cathy, Rihanna is a genuine person who aligns with Rocky.

"I'm glad that he settled down, and I'm happy with who he settled down with. She's a down-to-earth person," said Rocky's grandmother. The rapper added that his grandma "loves her some Rih Rih."

Rocky and Rihanna's relationship has been going strong since they made their union official in December 2019. In an interview with Harper's Bazaar, Rihanna revealed how Rocky helps her remember how to stay grounded in their relationship when things are getting too busy.

"That's a big thing for us and actually a really big thing for him," said Rihanna. "He always reminds me, no matter how hard everything is that we're dealing with in our life, in our careers and as parents, he's like, 'Remember when we were friends? Remember when we just used to have fun as friends?"

She also explained how the couple likes to hang out with others and not be secretive about their relationship, saying, "We like to eat with people. We like to shop with people. We like to walk the streets with people. I don't like a very private room. I don't have them shut down stores. I don't like the Rapunzel life."
