Drake's Iceman era is starting to take full shape, and Johnny Manziel may have just given fans the biggest clue yet about when the project could arrive.

During a recent conversation, the former NFL quarterback hinted that Drake's highly anticipated album, Iceman, might drop sooner than expected, specifically around the 6 God's birthday on October 24. Manziel also stated Drizzy will be returning to Texas, where he'll take him to a Texas A&M college football game.

"Soon, probably, around the end of October, maybe early November," Manziel said in a new video when asked about the release of Drake's next album. "Birthday coming up. Coming back to Texas after that, I'm going to take him to a game this year. He's going to Aggie Land," Manziel revealed.

While Drake himself has not confirmed a release date, anticipation around Iceman has already reached fever pitch. The Toronto superstar has teased the project through two successful singles, "Which One" featuring Central Cee and "What Did I Miss?," both of which climbed the charts.

Drake has also kept his presence global in the lead-up, performing at festivals and arena shows across Europe. His set at the UK's Wireless Festival drew widespread praise, bolstered by surprise guest appearances, including ComplexCon 2025 performer Yeat.

ComplexCon returns to Las Vegas on October 25–26, 2025, with over 300 brands and live performances by Young Thug, YEAT & Friends, Peso Pluma, Central Cee, Ken Carson, and more. Get your tickets now.
