Diddy’s mounting legal issues continue this week with word that he’s been named in a new lawsuit alleging he sexually assaulted and impregnated a woman.

As first reported by TMZ, Jane Doe alleges that she and Diddy first came into contact back in 2020. What followed is what the suit describes as a four-year pattern of alleged assault and coercion, with an emphasis on the years 2021 and 2022. In July of 2022, the woman says she was forced into taking ketamine and other substances.

The woman alleges she lost consciousness, later learning that she was pregnant. While the woman says she later suffered a miscarriage, she has also accused someone close to Diddy of harassing her about an abortion prior to the loss of the pregnancy.

Other accusations made in the damages-seeking new lawsuit include spiked drinks, injuries she couldn’t explain, additional harassment following the miscarriage, and more.

"Powerful figures in the entertainment industry have long exploited aspiring artists and fans,” Marie Napoli, a partner at the firm representing the woman in this case, said in a statement to Complex on Friday. “Recent high-profile lawsuits aim to hold these celebrities accountable, potentially transforming industry practices and providing justice for victims. No one is above the law. Fame and wealth do not protect Sean 'Diddy' Combs from serious allegations of sex trafficking and abuse."

In docs viewed by Complex, the woman, named only as Jane Doe in the complaint, is alleged to have suffered “physical abuse, emotional abuse, trauma, injury, psychological damage, financial injury, reputational injury and damage, as a result of the defendants’ intentional, negligent, and criminal actions.” Allegations detailed in the 18-page doc are said to have occurred starting in November 2020 and lasting through July of this year. The suit calls for a jury trial.

Complex has reached out to Diddy’s reps for comment. This story may be updated.

In a prior statement released in the wake of Diddy’s New York arrest, followed by an unsealed indictment revealing trafficking and racketeering charges, attorney Marc Agnifilo expressed disappointment with what he claimed was an “unjust prosecution” of his client.

“He is an imperfect person but he is not a criminal,” Agnifilo said earlier this month. “To his credit, Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges.”

Both the racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion charges carry the possibly of a maximum sentence of life behind bars. The transportation for purposes of prostitution count, meanwhile, has a maximum possible sentence of 10 years.

Judging from recent remarks made by Agnifilo, it sounds like Diddy may very well take the stand in his own defense.
