Playboi Carti is making it clear that he's not down with paparazzi.

In a brief clip making the rounds on social media, as seen below, Carti exits a building in the New York City area and attempts to make his way to a vehicle. It's not clear when the footage was originally captured, though it appears to be recent.

“If you take a pic of me, I’mma smack the dog shit outta you,” Carti seemingly says, though it’s hard to make out his exact words due to the commotion.

Earlier this week, Carti claimed that he had been “banned” from the 2025 Met Gala, though the reason for any such alleged ban was not immediately clear.

“Met Gala banned me,” read a post shared on Tuesday to the Opium finsta. “Felt like we got kicked out of prom but we good.”

In the photos, Carti could be seen with Giovanna Ramos, who he says makes him a “happy man.”

After Carti's long-awaited Music spent multiple weeks atop the Billboard 200 albums chart, he's set for a run of stadium dates with The Weeknd, whose Carti collaborations include “Timeless,” from Abel’s Hurry Up Tomorrow and “Rather Lie” from Carti’s latest.
