A popular TikToker drove into a group of pedestrians in Brooklyn over the weekend and killed a mother and her two young daughters.

Dexerto reports that Miriam Yarimi has been charged with three counts of second-degree manslaughter, three counts of criminally negligent homicide, and four counts of second-degree assault.

The two young girls who died were only eight and four years old. The family’s 4-year-old son was also struck and is still in critical condition.

According to police, Yarimi lost control of her Audi and hit another car, causing her vehicle to swerve into a crosswalk and hit nine pedestrians, while driving with a suspended license. She was arrested the next day.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams called the fatal car crash a “tragic tragedy," before paying a visit to the victims’ home.

“Number one, the person should not have been on the road. [They have a] suspended license. We’re going to ensure that this is investigated to the full extent. My heart goes out to the family,” he added.

In addition to reportedly having 32,000 followers on TikTok, the 32-year-old is a professional wigmaker. Over the years, Yarimi accrued a number of driving violations, including 93 traffic infractions and over $10,000 in fines.
