Kylie Jenner Shares Her Breast Implant Order: '445 cc, Moderate Profile... Hope This Helps Lol'

Kylie Jenner generously shared her secrets to a TikTok creator seeking breast enhancements.

YouTuber Rachel Leary complimented Jenner's "most perfect, natural-looking boob job" in a recent TikTok, wanting to know how the influencer and beauty mogul got her breasts to "sit like that."

"You have got what I am looking for to have done, in terms of, like, a boob job," Leary said.

She added, "They’re still big, but whatever way you had the implants — if they are implants or if you had fat transfer — to me, it is perfection."

Although Leary didn't expect Jenner to share "who did the work," she mentioned that the reality television personality would be "quite open about having your boobs done," considering that she's discussed her implants before.

After receiving Leary's message to "help a girl out," Jenner surprisingly responded in the comments. "445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!!" Jenner wrote, also naming her surgeon, Garth Fisher. "Hope this helps lol."

In a follow-up TikTok, Leary reposted Jenner's comment, writing that she's "for the girls."

In a 2023 episode of The Kardashians, Jenner revealed that she had her breasts done at 20 before the birth of her first child, Stormi. She also shared her regrets about having them done before becoming a mother. "Like, they were still healing. I had beautiful breasts. Natural tits. Just gorgeous. Perfect size, perfect everything," Jenner said. "And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with."
