YouTuber P2istheName Dead at 26

Popular YouTuber P2istheName was found dead in a Los Angeles mailroom. He was 26.

TMZ reported that P2istheName — real name Philip Enewally — was found dead on Friday, March 14, in a mailroom, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner. There are very few details regarding Enewally's death, but the coroner's investigation is still underway.

Enewally's mother spoke to TMZ on Saturday morning and confirmed her son died Friday night, while asking for fans and people to respect the family's privacy during this difficult time. She did advise fans to pay tribute to her son on his YouTube page.

COLETHEMAN, another popular YouTuber, honored Enewally, whom he called his "good friend," and honored him with kind words: "My good friend @P2istheName has passed away… wow. I'm honestly at a loss for words. He was always so kind to me and gave me so much content creation advice. May he rest in peace. This breaks my heart."

Enewally gained popularity from sharing videos of him playing NBA 2K and Fortnite. He eventually created more original video game content, such as his popular "Let's Plays" series, where he played several popular video games in their entirety. In addition to gaming, Enewally launched his own clothing line called DontMindUs.

He also shared videos where he gave his viewers a look into his daily life. His last video was shared two weeks ago, where he went out at night with his "rich psychotic friends."
