Dave Franco Drinks Alison Brie's Sweat-Soaked Towel in Bizarre Video

Dave Franco and Alison Brie are in the spotlight once again — and fans are not sure how to feel about it.

A short video clip posted just a day after the official release of their new movie shows the Together stars leaving a workout session. Both are carrying yoga mats in their hands and Brie, 42, has a white towel wrapped around her neck.

The video starts off normal, but as Franco, 40, goes to grab the towel off of his wife’s shoulder, he does the unthinkable.

As Brie walks ahead, you can see Franco sniff the towel deeply, lift it above his head, and wring out the sweat directly into his mouth.

After the questionable act is finished, the camera pans over to Brie who offers Franco her water instead, but he declines. It seems that the sweat did the job.

One X user who couldn’t believe what they were watching wrote, “Did he just drink sweat …is this real ?”

Others were quick to realize that this was another one of their stunts, and wrote, “I hope they keep doing these even after they’re done promoting this movie lol.”

Another chimed in, “If he’s not this obsessed with me I don’t want it.”

However, this wasn’t their only eyebrow-raising moment.

The couple, who have been together for 15 years, have been seen out and about promoting their new film by performing grotesque and unique stunts in the public eye.

One stunt had the Community actress clipping her husband’s toenails in the park.

Another had them sharing a fry a bit too intimately in a Wendy’s with other restaurant patrons looking on.

Together first premiered at Sundance in January and was picked up by an American film production and distribution company, Neon, for $17 million. It was officially released to theaters on Wednesday, July 30.
