Druski Wasn't in California on Date of Alleged Assault With Diddy, According to Leaked Documents
Phone and bank records appear to back up Druski's story that he was "broke living with my mom" in Georgia at the time of the alleged incident.
Druski, the popular comedian accused last month of participating with Diddy in a 2018 sexual assault, was in Georgia and broke on the date of the alleged incident, newly leaked documents show, TMZ reports.
Phone records obtained by Complex show that on March 23, 2018—the day plaintiff Ashley Parham claims she was raped in California by Diddy, Druski, and Odell Beckham, Jr.—the comedian made 16 calls that were all, per TMZ, "incoming or outcoming to and from Georgia phone numbers."
In addition, bank records shared by both TMZ and reporter Meghann Cuniff demonstrate that during March and April 2018, Druski was near broke, with a bank balance of just 91 cents as of April 9 of that year. This lines up with his claim that he "was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation."
Druski was named in an amended version of the lawsuit, filed on March 7 of this year by Parham and two additional anonymous plaintiffs (with an additional amended version filed a little less than a week later). Parham's original suit, filed in October 2024, did not reference the comedian by name.
The lawsuit accuses Diddy, Druski, Odell Beckham Jr., and others of participating in a violent sexual assault against Parham as revenge, she alleges, for her saying that "she believed Defendant Diddy had something to do with the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur."
All three men have previously issued statements denying the allegations.
“This new complaint – brought by an attorney who has already been sued for defaming Mr. Combs – demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday,” a rep for Diddy’s legal team said at the time. “Mr. Combs was nowhere near Orinda, California on the day Ms. Parham claims she was assaulted there, and the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department has already confirmed Ms. Parham’s claims were determined to be unfounded following a thorough investigation.”
Druski originally responded in a post on X, saying at the time: "This allegation is a fabricated lie. I wasn't a public figure in 2018. I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish. My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but l'm fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives."
OBJ responded in turn to Druski's post, calling the claims against them “stupid” and predicting that both would ultimately be cleared of any purported wrongdoing.
“Boy I’ll tell you what,” he wrote. “This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I know who I am, I know who you are. Keep your head. That name will be cleared. Shit’s stupid.”
