On a recent installment of his podcast Gil's Arena, Gilbert Arenas compared Karl-Anthony Towns to WNBA players and suggested that he was "built like a girl."

While discussing the end of the New York Knicks' season following their loss to the Indiana Pacers in the Eastern Conference finals, Arenas launched into a diatribe about KAT when someone asked if he was being "unfairly targeted for his defense" this season. "Targeted by the players?" asked Arenas. "Yes. He's targeted by all offensive players... It's him, it's his physical makeup. Long legs, short torso, big ass feet. There's nothing he can do. He's built like a whole fucking bitch. He's built like a female. Am I saying something wrong? He's built like a girl! He has girl hips. He's like a full WNBA player."

Arenas continued to rip into Towns and he's "sure" that he would be "great" if he played in the WNBA, but he's not so sure about his status in the NBA. "He's built bad," he said. "He's not built to play. He can't play pick-and-roll defense. He doesn't have the body to do it. He's built bad. He's not athletic, he can't move left or right, he can't move up and down. He can't move, he can't jump, he just has a bad build." He conceded that he's a great offensive player, though.

The Knicks might not have made it to the NBA Finals despite putting in a respectable season this year, but KAT still has a supporter in his longtime girlfriend, Jordyn Woods.

She recently shared a post on Instagram reflecting on the end of the Knicks' season and suggested she sees a lot of promise in the current lineup. "If there was anything to take away from this season, the take away should be is that the future is bright for this team and they should be damn proud of themselves,” Jordyn wrote.
