Deshaun Watson and Girlfriend Jilly Anais Are Engaged

Deshaun Watson and his longtime girlfriend Jilly Anais are officially engaged.

On Sunday, Watson shared a post on his Instagram announcing that he popped the question to Anais. In the post, Watson shared several photos of the couple on a beach and other clips of Anais showing off the massive diamond ring.

"Mrs. Watson Loading…," Anais commented under the picture. "MORE GLORY," Watson added.

Watson and Anais went public with their relationship in 2019 and have been at each other's side through thick and thin. She was also supportive of him through the highly-publicized massage therapy scandal where over 20 women accused Watson of sexual misconduct.

The NFL suspended Watson while his case was being investigated. However, most of the lawsuits filed against Watson ended in settlements. Watson's proposal is a bright spot for him as he recently reaggravated the Achilles tear that he had suffered in a game last October, and he is expected to miss the entire 2025 NFL season.

Watson signed a five-year, $230 million fully guaranteed deal with the Cleveland Browns in 2022. Earlier this month, the Browns reworked his contract to clear cap space for the upcoming season. According to the Associated Press, the restructured contract cleared up almost $36 million in cap space.
