On the latest episode of his Talk With Flee podcast, Cam'ron stressed that he doesn't have a problem with the artist formerly known as Kanye West, but he does want to have a chat with the Chicago rapper’s cousin.

"We're willing to go to the jail to do the interview with the cousin who's been molested doing life right now,” Cam said, referring to Ye’s incarcerated cousin who was arrested for murdering a pregnant woman. “We're actually on the hunt to find him to find out exactly if what Kanye did to him led to him being in this situation right now," he said.

Cam and Ye had a back-and-forth recently when Cam described Ye's admission that he performed oral sex on his cousin as children as "too convenient" amid his troubling behavior. Ye took particular issue with being compared to R. Kelly as "a stain" on Chicago, but Cam indicated he wasn't eager to keep the back-and-forth going. "I don't really have a problem with Kanye, to be honest with you," he said at around the 17:30 point of the Talk With Flee podcast episode, as seen above.

"He put out a record saying he had sex with his cousin," he continued. "I knew Kanye for 20+ years now... I'm not downplaying people being molested, but it sound like he was doing the molesting from the way he was telling it. We talked about, and I guess when I talk, people get upset. My words hurt, I don't know why my words hurt more than anybody else's, but I guess when I say shit that shit sting. ... All I'm doing is really telling what happened."

He admitted he found Ye's response "confusing," especially his insistence on mentioning a multi-million dollar Dipset belt he was wearing. "You can have $2.7 billion in the bank, which I think you don't got," he said. "Definitely know you don't got, but you can say you got it. I don't care if you had two trillion. You not happy, n***a. I'd rather have $2 and be happy than have $20 billion and be unhappy. You are miserable, man. You look miserable. ... I ain't seen n***as smile in 15 years, certain n***as. Kanye don't look happy."

He said that seeing how "miserable" Ye looks led him to the conclusion that "all the money in the world" can't make you happy. "After all that happened, he came out and said he gay a week later," he said. "Conveniently gay, that's what I called it and they got mad at me. So that's what happened."

In 2022, Ye lost his billionaire status when he made a series of anti-Semitic remarks that led to Adidas dropping its association with him. Earlier this year, however, he claimed his net worth is $2.77 billion. Forbes, meanwhile, estimated his net worth to be somewhere closer to $400 million as of February 2025.
