Cuban rapper Chocolate MC severely mistreated a fan who just wanted a picture with him.

According to NBC 6 South Florida, the Miami-based artist, real name Yosvanis Sierra-Hernandez, was noticed by a fan in the parking lot of Chavez Supermarket in Opa-locka and was asked for a photo. After approaching the rapper, the victim was met with a firearm on his chest, with Chocolate MC demanding his car.

After forcing the fan to get into the driver's side, Chocolate MC requested money, but the victim didn't have any cash, nor did he have Zelle when the artist gave him his phone. The incident was captured on surveillance video.

For several hours, the fan was coerced into driving to several locations before Chocolate MC let him go freely at 270 SW 11th Avenue. After the robbery and kidnapping were reported to Opa-locka Police, a flyer was spread throughout Miami-Dade County, and Chocolate MC was found with his black and gray gun and taken into custody.

Due to Chocolate MC failing to appear at a hearing on Tuesday (June 3) to address his bond on earlier burglary and murder charges, the rapper was threatened with jail time if he was absent from court the following day at 9 a.m. The rapper is scheduled to face a judge on Thursday (June 5).

Along with a domestic battery charge from January, Chocolate MC was charged in the 2024 murder of Cuban singer El Taiger and was arrested for sexual battery, armed kidnapping, battery and grand theft in the same year.
