Joyner Lucas has dropped a new song titled "Nobody Cares," responding directly to Skepta's scathing diss track, "Friendly Fire."

On Tuesday morning (July 15), Lucas took the next shot in the simmering transatlantic rap beef with the release of "Nobody Cares," a three-minute-long track where he wasted no time getting personal with his UK peer. Lucas opened the track, claiming he's ready to "blaze a corpse" and that "it's war" after Skepta mentioned him by name.

"Maybe you're mad because you ain't got buzz up in the U.K. no more / I heard your career just ain't what it was and you don't get paid no more / If you want a feature, n***a, just say it, but you gotta pay me for it / And after I body you I don't want you ever saying my name anymore," raps Lucas.

He adds, "I know you putting your flag all on your back, now you gotta carry it / If somebody holding it down it shouldn't be you — it's time to be serious / I know you hate being home, you come to the States and try to be arrogant / I know you sit in your room and secretly wish that you was American."

In the song, Lucas advises Skepta to call UK peers Dave and Central Cee to help him out in the battle.

"I know that you think it's friendly fire, but I'm not one of your friends and shit / You should of hit up your friends lil bitch, go call up Dave and Central, bitch / For me you gonna need the Avengers, bitch," raps Lucas before adding no one in the US cares about Skepta's music, or that the UK rapper is close with Drake.

Lucas' track comes just days after Skepta's fiery Wireless Festival appearance, where he debuted "Friendly Fire," which takes shots at Lucas's flow and credibility.

The drama between the two ignited earlier this month when Skepta made comments comparing U.S. and U.K. rappers, suggesting American artists underestimate British lyricism.

Lucas quickly responded on X, writing: "The moment I've been waiting for… say the word, Joyner Lucas vs @Skepta. #UKvsUS."

Drake himself jumped into the US/UK discussion during Wireless, when he said, "Nobody in the world can out‑rap London rappers," before bringing Skepta onstage.
