Kyrie Irving Reacts to His Own Highlight Tape: 'I'm a F*cking Problem'
Kyrie Irving reacts to fan-made highlight reel, calls himself one of the best and reflects on iconic plays.
Kyrie Irving reminded fans — and maybe even himself — of just how elite he really is during a Twitch livestream.
On Saturday (June 14), the Dallas Mavericks star was chatting with fans and watching a fan-made highlight tape of his iconic career, and he gave a candid, awe-filled reflection on his own greatness.
"I'm going to be 1000% with y'all," Irving said mid-stream. "Yo, I'm one of the best motherfuckers of all time, bro. Oh my god [...] But this is easy for me. I'm so grateful."
Irving — an NBA Champion, 8-time NBA All-Star, former Rookie of the Year and Olympic gold medalist — has built a legacy around dazzling ball-handling, impossible layups, and clutch shot-making. And as he watched the fan reel unfold, he didn't hold back on his amazement.
One moment stood out in particular: a right-handed reverse layup against a crowded paint.
"I'm a fucking problem," he declared, pausing the clip. "I saw Al Horford about to jump, but once I saw him commit on the right side of the basket, I said, I'm about to try some shit. I used to practice this in my backyard."
In addition to celebrating his basketball greatness, Kyrie has given his fans advice in one of the first episodes of his Twitch livestream. There was a group of "Gooners" who were doing the most in his chat, and Kyrie had to set the record straight.
"I love y'all who are nice, I love you guys who are passionate," said Irving. "I'm just talking about that one comment, two comments that people can't hold back. Don't let your thoughts win. Don't let your Gooner thoughts win, dog. Don't let your addictions win."
